The Process

As a customer, you're always looking for something which will fit exactly. When you're buying standard products, it can sometimes feel like trying to fit a square peg into a round hole.

This is where we come into play.

Small Steps

The great thing about our process is that it just takes communication and visualisation. Everything else can be left to our professional design team and our team of excellent cabinet makers and fitters.

Name it

Where we shine as a company is to ask questions about practicality as well as design. What do you want your furniture to do for you? It's no good to have a wonderful looking wardrobe if your dress wont hang properly inside, neither is it appropriate to have files scattered across the floor in your office because they won't fit in the cupboards.

It may also look fashionable, but is it practical?

So give your room and furniture a name. If it's a library, call it that, since then we'll all be aiming to create a library!

Putting Pen to Paper

Designing your furniture is visualising it, but not only how it will look as a single piece of furniture, but also in its environment. Is it sitting comfortably? Are you? Having the same look and design around the whole room, or even the whole house may feel clinical, so should you have something else to offset your mood?

We'll create drawings by hand for you to show you what you're buying, but can also create other drawings to show you how your pieces of furniture would fit in your room, and if they would suit.

Once we're all happy with the design, and all of the i's are dotted and the t's crossed, we'll hand these designs to our workshops.

We want your furniture to be cherished and for you to be proud of it, which is why our team will build you the most fantastic furniture and fitted units, using the highest quality sustainable materials and finishes.

Our bespoke furniture is aimed to give you exactly what was drawn and designed, therefore exactly what you want.

Fitting and Delivery

This stage is made as hassle free as possible.

When the items are ready for delivery, we'll be in touch with you and fit in as closely as we can with your plans. We understand that your floor isn't put down yet and your walls are being painted.

So, instead of getting nervous because your furniture or fittings are ready, but their environment is not, leave the nerves to us. We'll store your pieces safely until you are ready. Just say the word and we'll be there installing your furniture, placing and fitting your pieces in their new home.
