Bespoke Furniture for your Home Cinema
There's nothing quite like relaxing in the comfort of your own home with the latest technology to entertain you.
You can enhance the atmosphere by housing your home cinema equipment in some beautifully crafted pieces of bespoke and fitted furniture.
When it comes to home cinema, it's style, practicality and making sure that the technology is taken into consideration in the production of your units.
Tradition
It may sound out of place to mention traditional furniture and TV cabinets, or units for home cinema in the same breath, but there's a lot of traditional furniture used to house televisions and their components. Linen presses were often used before, which were deep enough to place televisions inside, but with flat screens, this becomes unnecessary.
We've previously invented and made beautiful units to house TV's using traditional woods, veneers and methods, looking at designs which we can adapt, including beautiful country style low oak benches for which your TV to stand, to full cabinets with pocket doors with amazing designs for the fronts.
Our yew oyster plasma TV unit was shown at the High Point international furniture market and won best in show for its innovative design, modern fixings, traditional cabinet making and elegant traditional look.
So while it may feel unnatural to say TV cabinet and traditional, it can be an award winning combination!
Modern
Of course, a home cinema begs to be made using modern methods.
Fantastic mechanisms can be used to hide your television, including special jacks for pushing your TV up and down inside your cabinet, or bi-fold pocket doors on the fronts of your unit so that you can close them and the TV disappears behind a beautiful exterior.
Modern style veneers and solid woods can be used to produce stunning effects, as well as utilising light, metal and glass.
Any innovation we can think of can be produced.
